We've been customers for almost 12 years now, and I'm pretty sure we were one of the first adopters of Zenoti at our salons.

Zenoti has constantly innovated, kept us very in tune with all the needs of the business, and they've also kept us very ahead of the curve when it comes to adopting best practices and everything that is progressive that the industry needs. One of these features that has been really fantastic for us of late has been Reserve with Google. This has significantly enhanced our client engagement, helped a lot of people discover us, and constantly built the new client base that we are seeking to acquire all the time.

We're a feedback-first company. We believe that every client feedback gives us insights that constantly help us improve their experiences. The Zenoti feedback has played a pivotal role in us securing almost 42% feedback from our clients. We've realized that only 2% of that feedback was negative, and this has helped us take up our resolution rate to about 72%, which ensures that we close the feedback loop and keep building on positive experiences for clients.

We live in an age where data is gold, and we've really taken this to heart in terms of deriving a lot of insights from the Zenoti Analytics Plus module.

We constantly use this module to help us understand our consumer behavior and a lot of other parameters that help us with operational efficiency.It gives us key insights and helps us take very informed business decisions on a short-term and a long-term basis.

Our journey with Zenoti has not only been about adopting all the features in the platform, it's been about constantly evolving, innovating, and becoming a key strategic partner in us growing the business together.
