The 2024 Golden Hands Awards: Celebrating the best of the best beauty-and-wellness service providers

Meet the awardees, North America’s top beauty and wellness service providers, selected from a pool of 320,000 and honored at Innergize, the Zenoti-hosted industry summit.

It’s always an exciting time of year at Innergize, the Zenoti-hosted beauty and wellness summit. The zenith of this event is the Golden Hands award ceremony, celebrating the best among service providers in the beauty and wellness industry. This year we honored eight exceptional professionals, selected from a pool of 320,000 providers across North America based on their impact on guest experience and business revenue.

This year’s winners are the embodiment of dedication, skill, and artistic competence. They are the beating heart of our industry, transforming the lives of salon, spa, and medspa guests through their touch. Let’s meet the Golden Hands awardees.

In the Stylist of the Year (Luxury Salon) category, we celebrate Maxwell Snow from Van Michael Salon. With 14 years in the industry, Maxwell wins hearts by helping clients feel good about themselves.

Next, in the Provider of the Year (Medspa) category, the award went to Alisha Shuweb from It’s A Secret Med Spa. Alisha, a nurse injector from Dallas, has coupled her love for the job with academic excellence, earning her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner just last year.

Award winner tell-all highlights
Golden Hands award winners Maxwell Snow, Alisha Shuweb, and Billy Craig shared their recipe for service excellence at an Innergize panel session moderated by Lexi Miles Corrin of WAXON Laser + Wax Bar and Amanda Hopper of St. George Med Spa.

The first ingredient in the recipe is a guest-focused culture that values connection. Says Maxwell Snow, "I tell clients little things about myself, but you always try to make it more about them. It’s their day. It’s their time. I tend to remember right away what’s going on in their lives. I think it’s just being genuine and making it all about them."

Maxwell’s superpower: Hustle

Next, be intentional about your development. Alisha Shuweb emphasizes owning your career: “Growth for me is having a boss and a mentor who really lets me have a say in my day-to-day. I am constantly learning new things in my industry, so when my clients do come to me and ask me for something, I’m confident in my response.”

Alisha’s superpower: Dedication

Finally, it takes a willingness to step outside your comfort zone. Billy Craig shares: “I’m fortunate enough to have really great team leaders – people that I’ve been working alongside of now for eight years – who try to push me to be better in fields that aren't natural to me … it's uncomfortable, it's really difficult, but once you get through it, you'll become a diamond under that pressure."

Billy’s superpower: Authenticity

All eight winners highlight the power of passion and dedication in the beauty and wellness industry. The Zenoti team is proud and honored to acknowledge the winners’ significant contributions. Here’s to celebrating their journey and achievements as we look forward to Innergize 2025!
