Sudheer Koneru founded Zenoti in 2010 with the vision of revolutionizing the beauty and wellness industry through innovative, cloud-based technology. Driven by his passion for wellness and firsthand experience of operational complexities from managing Latitudes Health Club and Tangerine Spas, Sudheer conceptualized Zenoti to transform salon and spa operations globally. His leadership has propelled Zenoti to become the first unicorn in its industry, powering over 30,000 businesses worldwide. Prior to Zenoti, Sudheer held pivotal roles at Microsoft and was CEO of Intelliprep, which merged into SumTotal Systems, achieving significant growth. He holds degrees from IIT Madras and the University of Texas at Austin.

Neal Singh oversees Zenoti’s global operations, driving product development, engineering, implementation, customer success, and support to ensure customer satisfaction and scalable growth. Neal brings over 20 years of experience scaling enterprise SaaS companies, notably serving as COO at Icertis, helping drive its rise to unicorn status. His career also includes leadership roles at Microsoft and GE.

Dheeraj Koneru co-founded Zenoti, bringing a strong blend of technology innovation and strategic business acumen. Dheeraj has led Zenoti’s global expansion efforts, successfully extending the company’s footprint into new regions and verticals such as fitness and gym management. His deep understanding of the wellness industry’s operational challenges comes from his earlier experience managing Latitudes Health Club and Tangerine Spas, as well as co-founding Intelliprep Technologies, later merged with Click2Learn. Dheeraj holds a Ph.D. in Particle Physics from Cornell University and previously held leadership roles at SumTotal Systems and Microsoft.

Anand Arvind co-founded Zenoti and serves as its Chief Product Officer, where he leads the development and execution of Zenoti’s technological vision. Anand has significantly contributed to Zenoti’s scalable, robust software platform, essential for supporting thousands of global customers. His extensive background includes over 20 years of experience in enterprise software, notably as Vice President of Products at SumTotal Systems, where he led development for a platform used by over 20 million users. Anand also contributed to key projects at Microsoft, such as Windows System Restore, and holds degrees from BITS Pilani, Ohio State University, and an MBA from the Indian School of Business.

Milla Rahmani leads all legal, compliance, privacy, and risk functions at Zenoti, ensuring a strong foundation for the company’s continued growth. She brings over 20 years of legal leadership experience in high-growth SaaS companies, including roles as General Counsel at Litera, Numerator, and Lanyon. Most recently, she served as CLO at Edifecs, where she helped drive revenue growth and led the company through its successful acquisition by Cotiviti.

Doug Sechrist directs Zenoti’s global marketing, strategically positioning the company as a leading provider of beauty and wellness software solutions and driving the revenue growth. Doug has more than 25 years of experience leading revenue-focused marketing strategies at SaaS companies including Ascend Communications, Taleo, Eloqua, Five9, and Zenefits, consistently achieving impactful growth.

Amita Tomkoria leads Zenoti’s global finance organization, bringing nearly two decades of experience from Fortune 500, venture-backed and PE-owned companies across the technology and professional services sectors. She has held senior leadership roles at General Electric, Activision Blizzard, BuzzFeed and Deluxe Entertainment, with a demonstrated track record of building high-performing teams and partnering with leaders to drive strategic decision-making, operational rigor and financial discipline. Amita holds an MBA from UC Berkeley and a BA from Haverford College

Matt Baer leads global sales and strategic partnerships at Zenoti, significantly contributing to customer acquisition and global market presence. Matt’s extensive experience in sales leadership includes senior roles at Prevedere Inc. and Adobe Systems, where he successfully managed growth-oriented sales strategies and market expansion.

Geraldine Fusciardi leads Zenoti’s business across Europe and Africa, driving market growth and customer success throughout the region. She brings over 25 years of international SaaS leadership, including senior roles at e2open, Oracle, and Salesforce. Geraldine has also advised and mentored more than 150 startups across the UK and Ireland.

Anna Duke oversees Zenoti’s operations in Australia and New Zealand, focused on expanding market presence and deepening customer engagement. She brings over a decade of leadership experience across technology and services, and has played a key role in scaling high-growth teams within the ANZ region.

Sachin Kamat leads Zenoti’s business across India, the Middle East and South Asia, bringing over 30 years of experience in consumer behavior, retail, and beauty wellness. Prior to Zenoti, he served as Director at Enrich, one of India’s leading beauty and wellness chains. He has also held senior leadership roles at DDB Mudra and is a trusted advisor to several academic institutions.

Panchali Das oversees Zenoti’s human resources and talent strategy, emphasizing innovation and organizational growth. Panchali brings substantial HR experience from roles as Head HR at Mothercare (Reliance Brands) and Director HR at American Express. She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource and Organizational Development from Delhi University.
