Offering premium aesthetics at two locations, DermaTouch RN uses Zenoti to boost efficiency and accuracy in operations, offering convenient patient booking and seamless business management.

We've been in business about 18 years. We were founded by a registered nurse that wanted to bring medspa treatments to the community that we serve. We now have about 25 employees, and we've got a location in Houston and in San Antonio.

One of the big reasons we moved with Zenoti was the opportunity to do online booking and allow that customer to self-serve. And we find the results are amazing. Like, we can see what time people would book at, and we see probably 50% of our appointments being scheduled during the day, but then there's another 50% that are happening when we're closed. We know we're not missing revenue opportunities because somebody's not answering the phone or can't get something done. Right around 40% of our business is booked online at this point.

So, then, I think the second point is just having insights into our business. Zenoti gives us all the data we need. Very, very easily accessible, and we find that to be great. But I think the KPI reports, the very, very simple KPIs, but being able to understand who's getting new patients, who's not, are we hitting our clinic objectives – those are super important.

For us, we're super focused on the skin care services and continuing to be able to grow that. So, being able to focus on clients that are only doing injectables with us and give them offers related to skin care services – Zenoti has been a major help for us. And just quickly, you're going to be able to pull this together and automate it.

Obviously, you can't help but get excited about the AI. The potential that's out there, it exists in every software platform. But to know that Zenoti is committed to moving quickly in implementing that into their software, is reassuring to us that we've got the right software provider.
