1. Our Organization and Supply Chains

SOHAM UK CORPORATION LTD (“Zenoti”) is the UK entity of the Zenoti group, a global SaaS provider serving the wellness, beauty, and fitness industry. Our UK workforce consists primarily of technology and commercial professionals. Our supply chain is limited in scope and technology-oriented, comprising cloud infrastructure providers and office and facilities services.

2. Policies

We maintain policies designed to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chain. These policies are available to all staff.

3. Due Diligence and Risk Assessment

We conduct right-to-work checks on all new direct hires and apply supplier onboarding checks to higher-risk procurement categories. Our supply chain is predominantly composed of large, reputable technology vendors. We maintain a whistleblowing channel for reporting concerns.

4. Training

Our employees receive training on human rights-related issues, including but not limited to equal employment opportunity and diversity.. We remind and encourage all staff to identify potential violations in these areas and report any concerns about any of the matters covered in this training or in our internal policies.

5. Our Commitment

We will continue to engage with our people and our vendors and suppliers to raise awareness and to take further steps to ensure that slavery and human trafficking are not taking place within our business and our supply chain.

6. Approval

This statement has been approved by the Board of Directors of SOHAM UK CORPORATION LTD and will be reviewed and updated annually.
