SOHAM INC. and its group entities d/b/a Zenoti (“Zenoti”) is committed to protecting your privacy.
Throughout this notice, the terms “we”, “us”, “our” or “ours” refer to Zenoti. And the terms “you”, “your” or “yours” refer to you (as the Data Subject). Subscriber refers to any customer or business that uses or subscribes to any Zenoti software or services, including but not limited to Subscriber’s employees, advisors, contractors, agents, consultants, or others acting on behalf of the Subscriber. Guest refers to our Subscriber’s customer.
Cookies are small files that are stored on a user's computer. They are designed to hold a modest amount of data specific to a particular client and website and can be accessed either by the web server or the client computer. This allows the server to deliver a page tailored to a particular user.

Each local storage item is prefixed with the <Client_Id>, which is the name of the client that is mapped in Zenoti.

Marketing Analytics cookies

It identifies the browser to Meta so that webstore conversions, including bookings, memberships, and gift card purchases, can be tied back to Meta ad campaigns, support retargeting and lookalike audience creation, and serve as a signal for ad delivery optimization. |
Zenoti Webstore supports integration with cookie consent management tools that allow visitors to manage their cookie preferences. Depending on the configuration implemented by the Subscriber/Merchant, visitors may be able to grant, refuse, or withdraw consent for non-essential cookies through the cookie consent banner/settings option available on the Webstore.
Most web browsers also allow users to manage or delete cookies through browser settings.
