Hosted by Zenoti as part of Innergize, the Golden Hands Awards honor the service providers who are the true heart of this business. They are the stylists, therapists, and artists whose skill and dedication build confidence and transform lives. This year, we honored nine outstanding professionals chosen from a field of over 423,000 providers across North America. Their impact on guest experience and business revenue is simply undeniable.

As a foundational team member at SkinSpirit, Jennifer has helped the company grow from two clinics to over 50. A physician assistant for 16 years, she specializes in creating customized, long-term treatment plans that help her patients age seamlessly.

At 40, Nicole took a leap of faith and went back to school to become an esthetician. She loves creating a safe space for people to take time for themselves, a journey she started for herself after having children. She believes it was one of the best decisions she ever made.

With 28 years in the industry, Hailey loves making her guests feel like stars, especially through color and highlights. She is deeply thankful for the loyal clients who have been with her for years.
Elazar Boruhov, Made Man Barbershop
Barber of the Year (Barbershop)
Serving at Made Man’s West Side Chelsea location since 2013, Elazar is admired for his consistency and commitment. He thrives in the welcoming atmosphere he and his co-workers create, which keeps clients coming back.
