Franklin Health & Fitness: How Zenoti automations cut admin work and simplify memberships

I've had probably three different software companies over the years and just never was really happy with it and I kind of heard of Zenoti, some other big brands were looking at them and actually the founder, Dheeraj, came and he flew to North Carolina and met me and had lunch and he was very transparent about, you know, their business and what they do and I really felt comfortable.

So with our old software, when someone unfroze their membership, we had to wait until the next billing cycle until they were unfrozen and they could actually use the club. With Zenoti, it's like an automatic. They can unfreeze and use it, use the club that day and it's been really easy for the administration and the staff and the member to use the club.

The always on campaigns where you can set different rules within Zenoti and as soon as something happens, they'll send an email, a text, a push notification to whatever kind of target segment you want to do.

For instance, we have paid in full memberships where, you know, there are renewals coming up, and now it, like, it'll automatically start texting and emailing people whenever their expiration date's coming up and we don't have to do anything. So a lot of these automations that I don't have to have team members do that Zenoti does is amazing.

When you run a lot of their reports, it doesn't just pull up in an Excel spreadsheet. It creates the report in the list inside the program and you can like click on the member's name and it goes right into the guest profile. So you don't have to like copy and paste and search form. It's super easy and quick and efficient if you want to look up, five or ten people or this certain segment, you can go into the guest profile and see what's going on.

New app it works great. Members like it. They're not having any problems downloading it.

So and another thing with Zenoti, how it's built, is they have, you know, whether you're working on a tablet or a desktop or the mobile app, it all looks the same, feels the same for the staff and the members.

I don't know of anything out there that's better, right? So this is the best software on the market.
