Arco Fit: Zenoti's AI workforce saves $30,000 a year and puts answers one question away

One of the things that I've always been really interested in is how can I leverage AI to grow my business? And I was kind of struggling because I didn't know how to implement it. Right? So looking at Zenoti through the evaluation process and looking at the different agents that are available to grow, maintain, and reduce cancellations was huge for us. Doing a financial analysis with the existing provider versus Zenoti, it was actually pretty eye opening. When we ran the numbers over an entire twelve month period, we were going to save thirty thousand dollars annually using Zenoti. So for us, in addition to functionality, the savings, it was a no brainer.

When I think about the one tool that I think is incredibly beneficial to the club, I would say it's Zini, which is the AI agent.

Historically with platforms, it's been difficult to find information or data that you need if you don't know exactly how to find it. You might run a report and have seven different filters on it trying to find what you need.

With Zini, you can just ask the question, Hey, how many cancellations did I have over the last thirty seven days? It'll tell me, it'll say, Oh, by the way, this is a report that it came from. Right? I might say, Okay, what were the reasons for cancellation? Boom, it comes right back. So instead of me having to go to a reporting screen, pick a bunch of filters, this, that, and the other, I can just ask the AI assistant.

The AI workforce supports my business in really like four ways. Are four things that me and my business partners think about constantly. One is, hey, are converting leads that come in?

Because as much as we think that our staff is one hundred percent on top of everything all the time, what we found is that there always can be challenges with that. So converting leads, okay, wanna make sure collections are happening so we're actually getting the money that's owed us without a lot of manual effort.

Wanna make sure that we're catching people that are at risk for canceling before they cancel, and maybe engaging with them instead of trying to save a cancellation once somebody's done it. And then the last thing is increasing spend in the club with people that I already have here. And so what we found is that the day I work for us helps with those four things tremendously.

What does your current system not do that you need it to do?

Because without a doubt, Zenodi's gonna be able to do it. What's your appetite for AI and using it to grow your business?
