The November product update includes improvements to the Appointment Book, Guest and Employee Management modules, Inventory and Administration modules, Zenoti Mobile and more.

Appointment Book

Change A Service Duration from the Appointment Info Panel

Often, when you book an appointment, you may need to adjust the default service time. To do this, you can now update the time needed for the service directly in the the Appointment Info panel, under the new column Duration. This is useful when you know a guest requires additional time for a service - for example, a guest with very long hair may need extra time for a blow out.

Alert Your Front Desk when Stock Levels are Low

Imagine a situation where a guest requests for some units of body lotion, hair color, and moisturizer. The front desk creates the invoice for these products only to realize later that the the moisturizer is out of stock. Such situations do not reflect well on your business. As a business owner or as an administrator, you can avert such situations by configuring the new Consider current stock during sale setting.

You can use this setting not only to show front desk the current stock (stock in the store and floor) of a product, but also specify if front desk must be blocked or warned when making a sale of products with insufficient stock.

NetSuite Integration

NetSuite is a third party accounting software used by many salon and spa chains. With this release Zenoti supports integration with NetSuite. The integration syncs financial data collected by Zenoti; this includes:

  • POS transactions: Service sales, gift card sales, package sales, pre-paid cards, refunds, exchanges
  • Inventory: Procurement of stock and sale of retail products
