MANAGE SUSPENDED MEMBERSHIPS WITH EASE
Access all suspended memberships from the newly added Suspended Membership Report. View it from Admin > Reports > Memberships > Suspended. You’re now able to perform actions directly from the report, without the need to navigate to the guest or membership view. You can:
- Charge the membership to make it active
- Waive a pending payment
- Cancel the membership without charging the pending payment
You can also now charge memberships in bulk.
FREEZE PACKAGES OF INACTIVE GUESTS
Automatically freeze packages of guests who haven’t visited you for a certain period. Define the period of inactivity after which the package must be frozen. This ensures benefits aren't misused and reduces shrinkage.
ADVANCED OPTIONS TO CUSTOMIZE SERVICE PRICES
You could already set up different prices for services based on the job role of the service provider. For example, a haircut with a regular price of $25 could be priced 15% higher if performed by a senior stylist. You would define a % increase over the regular price.In addition to the % model, you can also define prices in absolute numbers. You have the ability to:
- Set up service price specific to employees. This would mean, for each provider, you can have pre-defined prices for the services they perform.
- Set up service price based on job role. For example, you can have all haircuts performed by senior stylists priced at $35.
The new pricing model is automatically supported on your online store and mobile app.
INTRODUCING RETAIL PER GUEST COMMISSIONS
You could already award retail commissions to employees based on their total product sales or on the ratio of product to service sales. Now award commissions based on the ratio of total retail sales ($) to guests served. This provides more incentive to employees to sell products on every appointment.
UPDATES TO ISSUE MANAGEMENT
Capture more information while creating a new issue. We’ve added new fields Category, Sub Category, Source, and Treatment. You can define the entries under these fields. For example, under Source, you might have email and phone to track issues reported through these channels. This helps you manage, track and resolve issues faster. CAPTURE REASON FOR APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION WITH A SINGLE CLICK
When cancelling an appointment, your front desk can save time by selecting from a drop-down of pre-defined reasons. Track appointment cancellations and reasons through the Appointment Details report.

Zenoti provides 100s of reports that are automatically available to you. Hide reports that you don't need for your organization. You can modify your preferences anytime.
