Douglas J Aveda Institutes and Salons Chooses Zenoti to Replace All Software Vendors and Improve Accessibility of Data

Mercer Island, WA (May 31, 2016) - Zenoti, a leading business management software used by salons, spas and med spas globally, today announced that Douglas J, a highly successful and reputable salon chain, has chosen Zenoti to replace its current technology solutions. Douglas J will use Zenoti to manage its three salon locations and six Douglas J Aveda training institutes.

Prior to Zenoti, Douglas J used multiple software vendors including a scheduling and POS system, a gift card management system and marketing system. The systems integrated loosely with each other, causing redundant data entry, storage, and paper processing. With Zenoti, Douglas J will improve operational effectiveness and productivity while reducing costs related to maintaining multiple systems.

Zenoti also enhances a variety of back-office functionality, eliminates paper-based workflow processes and forms, and provides the Douglas J team with standardized reporting as well as ad-hoc reporting capabilities. “Douglas J needed to modernize their existing system and Zenoti proved to be a great fit with our multi-location aware functionality that supports each salon and institute as well as corporate level goals.
