Zenoti Customer Milk + Honey

When Fast Company calls you innovative, it carries weight. The Most Innovative Companies (MIC) list recognizes the organizations transforming how an industry works, judged on innovation, impact, timeliness, and relevance.

That’s the lens we want to bring to this recognition: Zenoti has been named to the Fast Company 2026 Most Innovative Companies list in the Business Services category, alongside companies like Dell, HubSpot, and Schneider Electric.

Fast Company editors point to AI as the through line connecting this year’s Business Services honorees, and that’s exactly the bet we’ve been making here at Zenoti. The beauty and wellness industry deserves AI built for it, not generic AI repurposed to fit.

What we’re building

On April 28, we announced an expansion of our AI Workforce: nine purpose-built AI agents that handle the moments where revenue escapes a beauty or wellness business. The missed call at 7:00 p.m. The consultation that ended without a booking. The chargeback that was written off because nobody had time to fight it. The salon guest whose visits started slipping before anyone noticed.

The features aren’t layered onto fragmented systems. They’re agents embedded inside the workflows where the work actually happens, sharing the same data, the same context, and the same goal: closing the gaps that cost operators real money. We introduced the AI Workforce last September, and the response from the industry has shaped how the workforce has evolved with the addition of new agents.

For our CEO Sudheer Koneru, this expansion is the foundation for what comes next, a new kind of business infrastructure that’s only possible because we’ve spent 15+ years building the data layer that undergirds it. More than 30,000 beauty, wellness, and fitness businesses across the globe now run on Zenoti. Every outcome (every fulfilled service, recovered booking, and won dispute) feeds back into the system, making the AI agents sharper over time.

What “innovative” looks like in vertical SaaS

The Fast Company recognition reflects something we hear from operators every week. The industry is ready for AI that understands the specific shape of their business. Not a chatbot bolted onto a calendar. Not a generic assistant retrained on spa data. An AI workforce trained on the patterns that drive revenue, ready to act in the moments that count.

That’s what purpose-built means, and the early data backs it up. Our 2026 Beauty and Wellness Benchmark Report shows locations using Zenoti’s AI Concierge (HyperConnect) outpacing non-users for sales growth across medical spas (+4pp), salon businesses (+3pp), and spas (+1-2pp).

What’s next

Recognition from Fast Company is welcome, and the work continues. New AI agents are shipping, and our vision is clear: every beauty, wellness, and fitness business, powered by AI at its core, with intelligence woven into every workflow and interaction.

See Zenoti in action.
