Pure Spa & Beauty centralizes management of diverse locations
I'm Morgan. I am the data and IT manager at Pure Spa & Beauty. We use Zenoti as our main system of salon software. So, all of our appointments go through it, our inventory, our reporting, analytics.
We do a little bit of marketing in it, and then we also, obviously, control all of the employees and what services they can do.
I think growth means for us more locations, boosting our revenue, bringing on more staff, staff in different roles. I think Zenoti is easy for them to set up with the appointments. It's easy to replicate it throughout the system. There's a lot of customizability. We do have a lot of locations that do very individual treatments. It's very easy to manage at an org level, especially the import-export tool as you're getting bigger and it's very easy, especially when it comes to qualifications.
I would say the reporting [is my favorite feature]. I think my favorite is the sales cash, just by transaction – the detail in it definitely helps aid us in what we're doing. And then I would say I like the bookable blockouts for sure. People like to block themselves out a lot. So, that kinda counters that. And I think SmartKart as well, has been really good this year. That's been one of our favorites.
But for us, it's really about tiering our security so that we can make it minimal input for maximum output for them. And then I guess the last thing would be the reporting for us especially. We use the reporting a lot daily, weekly, monthly. From employee analysis by site, we spend a lot of time looking at the attendance hours, the blockouts, how that plays an impact on the diaries, and we do make a lot of decisions based on that. Opening hours come from that, what blockouts we deem are bookable blockouts and what ones we deem will keep them kind of protected, so to speak. So, yeah, a lot of that plays a big impact on how we grow as a business.
