Zenoti transforms Nouriche: Ops, memberships, personalized care
What makes Nouriche special is, I think, what I brought to the idea of a medical clinic. So, my idea was to really embrace an integrative type of approach to solving patients' problems.
We have tried over the years, so many times, to start membership programs, and just were never really able to get it off the ground until we started using Zenoti.
It's just so much easier for them to engage with the platform, for us to track the members, for us to actually offer more services to members. It's a total game changer and being able to actually make them feel special – because before it was hard to really track them, know them, and grow the program around what they want.
The forms are really interactive, very easy. We are able to use the iPads. We can sign off very easily. So that has added tons of efficiency. And also, Zenoti recently added a multi sign off. So that has been amazing for me to be able to oversee what everyone's doing and also, that provides a lot of checks and balances for me, in the clinic. So, it's been great.
It's been so nice to have the pictures to be able to show the patient. It's so much easier to find them and have them be able to see the patient side by side. We are able to upload to a previous visit, which is nice. Before we had a different system for photos and we would have to have two different computers to show the pictures or print them, and that was very difficult.
The transparency of the reporting is a game changer. I can see everything that I need to see, which makes it so much easier. I know what's going on in the business all the time. The custom reports to sign off is phenomenal.
You can't really grow unless you have stability in your staffing and you have stability in your processes, which Zenoti has been giving us a lot of more stability in our processes, in our operations. I've learned a lot from Zenoti, too, just how to get organized, how to plan for growth that it can be very messy if you just press the gas and you don't really have a map. And you need to stay involved with your success manager to keep learning and growing and not be afraid to change and not be unwilling to improve with the new developments.
