Zenoti helps LookWell manage their chain of salons with ease – from inventory and e-invoicing to client feedback and targeted outreach.

Zenoti is partnering with us from the last three years. We are using Zenoti and almost all the features we are using to go. We are using most of the modules of Zenoti to accelerate our business. In Zenoti, we have very fantastic inventory model features where we are able to understand the product aging reports; also the first-in-first-out reports which really helps us to manage all of our 24 salons at one go as we have the strength of salons. So, it's always better for us to grab the reports in the way we wanted and almost around 200 to 300 invoicing happens on a monthly basis.

So, it's very important to make sure the product has been utilized well whether it's retail or consumption. So, we get track of each and every thing in detail. So e-invoicing brings us to sustainability market because we don't require to use more of paperwork. For the customer, it is very convenient to get all these details on his mobile through WhatsApp. So the customer can download the e-invoicing and they can have a copy with themselves.

Feedback is very important. It's like the backbone of the overall growth of the company. We examine it very well. So we are able to track each and every feedback of the customer. Last month, we got negative feedback around 7% of the total walk-ins. So we try to resolve the feedback as we are able to choose which customer has given the negative feedback, what was the reason. So we try to connect with the customer and try to improve their experience also in our salon whenever they visit again. And we managed to resolve 85% into positive.
