Keep it simple, or have an arsenal of information at your fingertips. With our appointment book, you decide exactly what should be displayed directly in the scheduler’s appointment blocks as well as in the tooltips.
Hover over any appointment block for further details in a tooltip. This is customizable as well!
You can choose from the following details to display on the block or tooltip:
- Service name
- Guest icons
- Guest name
- Guest phone number
- Room number
- Start time
- End time
- Check in time
- Receipt number
- Number of services
- Employee name that created the appointment
- Number of previous visits
To change your appointment block settings, simply log into your account, select a center and navigate to Admin > Centers > Settings > Appointment Book. Check the items you want displayed on the appointment block and the tooltip and save your settings.
