Return Refund Policy

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it for a full refund. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. 

You will need to have the receipt or proof of purchase for the item. We will pay the shipping costs for returns of eligible items if the request to return is made within the 30-calendar day period and provide a shipping label for your use.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received and inspected your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund using the contact e-mail address listed on your order.

If your request for a refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). 

The timing of your refund may vary depending on your payment provider or credit card issuer policies and processing times.
