Naturals, India’s Largest Network of Salons, Chooses Zenoti Software to Standardize Operations & Accelerate Expansion

Mercer Island, WA (July 29, 2016) - Zenoti, a cloud-based enterprise management software for beauty and wellness, announced today that Naturals, India’s largest growing network of salons, relies on Zenoti to manage their expanding business. Naturals operates a chain of over 550 salons across India and after having partnered with Zenoti, they are enroute to opening 3,000 salons in the next four years.

Naturals was launched in 2000 as a single salon and in 2009 their business model pivoted into a revenue sharing franchise model to accelerate their growth. By 2010, they were operating over 100 salons and have been implementing this model ever since to materialize their aggressive expansion plans. Zenoti will provide them with the platform they require to build on their already tremendous growth rate of 300 percent.

The cloud-based solution enables Naturals to standardize their operations across all franchises. A shared CRM and cross center reports provide the management with a unified view of their business, helping them with quick decision making. With Naturals predicting a rise in the number of employees to 50,000 in the next few years, Zenoti’s usability will be key in eliminating human error and improving staff productivity.

Even though we saw this as a potential risk to the smoothness of daily operations, Zenoti stepped up to impart the required training needed to equip the franchise owners and over 500 salon managers. The good news is that all the trained staff later turned into happy Zenoti users in 8 weeks. The Zenoti team was passionate about ensuring our successful transition and continues to provide us with great support.

Since we partnered with Zenoti, 70 new salons have been launched across India and they were onboarded within a matter of a few hours,“ added, Arvind Kumar, Regional Manager, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana at Naturals.
