It was an event that saw the leaders of some of the biggest brands in the beauty and wellness industries gathered together to talk about the issues and trends that matter most to us. Over 150+ attendees from over 100 beauty and wellness brands came together to share ideas and experiences. The day featured engaging panel discussions, a Zeenius bar where growth strategies were explored, and concluded with the prestigious Provider Excellence Awards ceremony. That was Innergize UK 2024. A landmark event that brought industry leaders and business professionals together to collaborate and co-create the future.

While UK Innergize was primarily about sharing knowledge, insights and experiences, we made sure we took time out to celebrate, as well. A very special Awards ceremony at the Grubstreet author honored the best among our industry’s providers, followed by a spectacular party to celebrate the wonderful industry we are all lucky enough to be a part of.

Paul Lewis
Paul Lewis, Senior Style Director at Collinge&Co salon in Heswall, Wirral, boasts over 40 years of experience in the industry. Starting as an apprentice in the company's Birkenhead salon, Paul quickly advanced to junior stylist at the Heswall salon upon qualification. In 1988, he was a finalist at the British Hairdressing of the Year awards. Despite a brief stint in Boca Raton, Florida, USA, Paul returned to Collinge&Co in 2000, where he has since built a large and loyal clientele. Notably, Paul has catered to esteemed clients such as the Duke of Westminster and his family, showcasing his exceptional cutting skills and expertise in color work. Paul's extensive experience and in-demand status solidify his position as a seasoned veteran in the hairdressing industry.

Andrejs Jendovickis
Andre has been working with Aveda for 18 years, he always wanted to get into hair or fashion design. His parents didn’t agree with him getting into a creative industry so he studied banking, but decided that he needed to follow his ambitions. He has stayed with Aveda all these years because he loves the brands ethos, but most importantly he loves the people.

Eimhear has an entrepreneurial mindset and sets herself clear goals that she strives to achieve, that combined with her personable approach and making her clients feel at home, results in her schedule remaining busy.

Katy has been qualified as a therapist for 7 years and worked with us at PURE for 6 years. Katys favourite treatment is waxing, this is what she is fully booked with almost every shift. She is a young professional and talented therapist who enjoys what she does. Katy has just become a mum to a beautiful little boy in the last month, so we have lost one of our waxing queens and most requested therapists for a few months.
