My name is Penny Jaskolka. I'm the COO of Sky Salon in Strongsville, Ohio, and my main focus is HR technology and operations. My husband opened Sky Salon 22 years ago. So, it's been a together journey, but he's really behind the chair and I'm behind the books.

For me, when we picked Zenoti, it solved some of the pain points that we had. So, it had intuitive beautiful online booking. It had self check-in, self checkout, 24/7 support.

I would say Zenoti impacted the business the most because we were able to consolidate some of the apps and other softwares that we were using down into just Zenoti. If they can support such big franchises and multi locations globally, then, certainly, they can help our single salon, 2,100 square feet in Ohio.

Well, I'm a data nerd, so one feature I could not live without in Zenoti is their reporting. Phenomenal reporting. So, they offer custom analytics. So, I'll have a custom report just for our salon with just what's important to us. So, I have a couple of those, which I rely heavily on.

My team could not live without ezPulse, which is the app that lets them track their weekly, monthly, daily, totals and then against, their teammates, their peers. So, they love that.

Growth means to us that we're not gonna be stale, that we're constantly being fresh. And I know that that's important to Zenoti as well. It's one of the reasons that we picked them as our salon software.
