My name's Jo Kelton. I'm the COO of Removery.

Removery is amazing. We were formed in 2019 through the amalgamation of four of the U.S. and Canada top brands in tattoo removal, and at that point, we had 33 locations. We brought them all together, and we rebranded as Removery during COVID, which was pretty hectic. We reopened in July 2020, and since then, we've built to 150 locations. We're the world's largest and only pure-play scaled tattoo removal business.

Zenoti, is so intertwined in our business. We really couldn't live without it at all. We really use it every moment of every day. I think from the studio perspective, it gives them a great visibility into client history. It gives them an ability to store all of their notes. It integrates our contact center, our field sales team, and our HQ team.

To bring everything together on one platform where we have real-time access to data, it's just been amazing. It helps me every day. I am on Zenoti every day as is every single person in my team.

The ability to integrate with data tools like PowerBI has been just game changing for us to be able to see analytics, statistics at your fingertips. The ability for me, even from my phone, to see what's happening at each studio, to being able to get up-to-date revenue reports on a minute-by-minute basis – it's amazing.

When I'm out in studios, the thing that we always ask people is, 'How easy or difficult is it for you to get to know the Zenoti platform?' After the first couple of days when they get used to it, everything is really where they expect it to be, and everything is quite organic and easy to use. Zenoti does everything from online booking all the way through to payments. We store all of our photos and clients details there.

We will continue to grow through the markets that we're already in – so, Australia, Canada, the U.S., and then look further afield for new markets to grow and develop in.

We want to bring the best possible tattoo removal solution to the world. So, growth for us is pretty uncapped. We have and always will recommend Zenoti. All of the people that we have met within the Zenoti team have always strived to help us, to make things easy for us, to make things better for us. I know that we have a very custom platform within Zenoti, and that's never been too much of a problem for the Zenoti team.
