Powering Berkowits’ growth across 27 clinics with Zenoti
We've been one of the early adopters of Zenoti.
We started using Zenoti in 2011. Since then, it has become a crucial part of the customer journey at Berkowits. Zenoti has come a long way, and it has helped us in scaling our operations as well. So today we manage 27 clinics across nine cities, and, frankly, it would not have been possible without a software like Zenoti. We are able to track every minute detail, whether it is the number of rebookings per technician or it is to identify high-spending clients or clients that are referring us the most amount of business through Zenoti.
Today, we are using Zenoti for inventory management. And by inventory management, I also mean optimizing product consumption by using BOMs. And this has helped in reducing pilferage. It has also helped us immensely with operations. Today, our inventory is a lot more streamlined than it was before we started using Zenoti. Our pilferages are at a record low. There are also enough administrative features on Zenoti. The ones that we really like to use are, of course, in the inventory module, even the prescription module, the Photo Manager. I think all of them help us run our clinic very smoothly.
Zenoti has also helped us in generating referrals by giving us the option to give out benefits to both referrer and referee. Today, in fact, our referrals generate up to 8% of our business. We are also using Zenoti for lead management where a lead is automatically created on Zenoti through online media and is then followed up using, perhaps, always-on campaigns or Zenoti's follow-up features.
Going forward, we're excited with what Zenoti has to offer because I feel that continuous improvement and constant innovation is a key part of the Zenoti culture. And that is evident in how much time they spend in talking to their clients.
