OrangeTwist uses Zenoti data insights for more profitable operations

With 12 U.S. locations, mostly in Southern California, OrangeTwist relies on Zenoti data insights for greater profitability.

OrangeTwist is your treatment shop for body, face, and skin. We have 12 locations. The majority are in Southern California.

I would say the thing that I use it [Zenoti] most for is the data because that's my role as the financial officer. I'm compiling stats and financial analysis, and so is my team. So, the sales accrual report has been a big win for us. It's the backbone of how we look at the business and the trends.

Our membership model is really, really critical. It's been a huge pivotal point for our business. We launched it a couple years ago, and our beauty bank – the capabilities to have that within Zenoti and the data points we can extract from how our members are behaving and spending within our business. And, and I know there's some more enhancements coming for the membership that'll be really helpful for us to continue to grow and expand that. And when you think of the other options out there for tools, there really isn't anyone that compares to Zenoti with the scalability and the size.

Zenoti offers not only good data analytics and insight into the performance of the business, but also there's great functionality in our website, how we connect to our clients, with the online chatbot, mobile booking, and soon we'll be releasing the mobile app built through Zenoti. So, with the age of technology, it's so important that you have those touchpoints with your clients and are just really accessible to them. And also having the business insights to make data-backed decisions.

It's an area of focus for us to really understand the employee journey as well. We think about the client journey and their experience on the forefront, but the employee journey is just as critical. The iPad functionality has been really helpful. They're really excited about the new charting that has come out and the photo management tool, which we're planning to adopt.

So, we do have some great growth planned that we're all really excited about. And Zenoti's our partner, and will be right there alongside us. I enjoy that Zenoti does take customer feedback seriously, and they really do build out the roadmap and are transparent with what's coming down the pipeline.
