Sheared The Barbershop uses Zenoti for business insights, retention, and marketing
My name is Drayvon Anderson, and I'm one of the co-founders of Sheared The Barbershop.
We are able to use Zenoti with a lot of reporting that Zenoti has, where you can look at client retention. You can look at how many clients. It shows you the numbers. It shows you the percentage.
You can look at the KPIs, the key metrics. You can see how your business is performing, and your staff can't really argue with the truth, right? Can't really argue with the numbers.
Having that back and forth, not just transactional, not just promotional, but also one-to-one conversations through a text message platform that also gives transactional and marketing so that you don't have a thousand phone numbers, and it's assigned to you, is something I cannot live without and will not live without.
The tip feature is something that they [the barbers] really, truly use. The new generation of barbers, they're so in tune with their time and the time that they spend and what their day is going to look like. You know, almost all of our barbers are looking at their schedule the night before. They want to know whose hair they're cutting, who's coming in, what type of services are they doing, and it gets them ready for the day.
I think growth is utilizing notes in Zenoti and utilizing all the metrics inside of Zenoti, like birthdays in order to really dial in on exactly all the data of our customers so that we can utilize it in marketing.
I think employee retention would be a main thing that we need to focus on. And I think Zenoti can help with that, with the software.
I really appreciate Zenoti for having such a high standard because we did come from other companies that would crash and things would happen. I think that also leads to people leaving because they think you don't know what you're doing if you're partnering with people who don't know what they're doing. So, I think not leaving Zenoti is the answer, truly, because I've been in this industry for a while. And I can tell you that this software supports us like none other.
