My name is Charlie Collinge, and I'm the managing director at Collinge & Co.

Collinge & Co is a family-owned business. We're based in the northwest of England around Liverpool and Manchester.

Our first salon was opened in 1940, and today we've got five salons plus we've got a training school so we provide hairdressing training to apprentices in over a hundred local salons, and we have our own product range.

We've recently rebranded the company and renamed the company. We did this in March 2023. Zenoti played a really important role in our rebrand to make sure that when we made the change, it was really smooth, and we didn't have any interruption to our clients.

My name's Dion, and my role at Collinge and Co is front of house. Zenoti is fabulous within my role. It makes it so much easier with the clients to focus more on customer care because Zenoti just makes everything a lot more efficient and a lot faster.

Zenoti has transformed our business by allowing us to run the appointment book more efficiently. So, we've got less gaps. Our stylists are busier. We've got more new clients booking because the online booking system works so well. It's also great for me and for other managers to have better oversight of how the salons are operating.

My name's Karen, and I'm the finance manager at Collinge and Co. Zenoti helps me manage the finance in the multiple salon locations because you can go into a specific report, you can select one salon if you've got a query with that one salon, or you can select all salons.

Zenoti technology has affected our daily operations in such a positive way. It's taken that sort of stress out of making appointments. It's made things a lot more efficient, a lot quicker. So we can concentrate more on the guest experience.

We switched salon software to Zenoti in particular so that we could manage our multi-salon operation more efficiently.

We wanted all the information to be centralized, such as the services, the prices. It was also really important that we can improve online booking to make that experience much better for clients.

Before Zenoti, our booking process wasn't as fast. It certainly wasn't as easy, and it took a lot more time out of our day. Time is of the essence, so a lot of people who are busy find it easier to book online. So, it's a game changer for us.

As a business, we've always wanted to reward our clients' loyalty. And previous to Zenoti, we used to have a paper-based system for giving something back to our clients. We email them with their points and they come in and they say, 'Oh, I've got some points, you know, how much have I got?' And it's just nice to give a little bit back and Zenoti enables us to do that with their point system.

The customer app has provided lots of value to Collinge & Co. It's a really professional-looking app. It's another way for clients to book appointments. I really believe that you should give as many opportunities for clients to book appointments. Give them that choice. It just reduces any barriers to them getting in touch and booking appointment.

Zenoti's got a great report suite. It's where I spend a lot of my time. So, there's a few reports that I really like using. It's got business KPI, get a really quick overview of how each salon is performing. And also I really like ezPulse and a particular metric there is pound per hour. I think it's a really good way of seeing how efficiently a particular stylist or a particular salon is earning revenue for the company.

Zenoti also has a Xero integration, which really helps us work more efficiently. Great for our finance manager because it really speeds up doing all the invoicing for all the salons.

It takes away so much time because previously I was having to create a sales invoice for every salon to actually get the income into the accounts program. Now, Zenoti links all that through.

We're already working with Zenoti to see how it can play a future role in the future of Collinge & Co. We're looking at a payroll project so that we can make that process work more efficiently for the business.

I would definitely recommend Zenoti to other salons, one hundred percent. It's so much better. So much time is saved. It's an enjoyable tool to work with.
