SILK Laser Clinics streamline ops, using data to drive growth
My name is Adel Farhat. I'm the executive general manager of technology at Silk Laser Clinics, based in Australia, one hundred and fifty odd clinics around Australia and New Zealand. It's really all about the franchisees and making them happy. The clinic staff, the nurses, the technicians, from the minute you walk into the clinic, they care about you and they want to make you feel special.
At one point, we had four brands, four different POS platforms, four different service offerings, different price points, and different ways of dealing with client data. The ability to get all that consolidated into one package ready to share with the Zenoti team and getting the implementation done, I think it's nothing short of a miracle. It's been absolutely great.
When we first went with Zenoti, we gave them a bunch of requirements, and I don't think there's been a single problem that we've put to them that they haven't come back with a solution or a workaround. So, that alone is worth all of the time and investment because not many software companies will give you a solution to every problem you have. So, really, really appreciative.
We've already uncovered something within the data that I think has the potential to significantly impact our financials for each clinic. The business KPIs and the employee KPIs within the platform are able to drive so much more efficiency within the clinics. I'm really excited about what that's going to do for us over the next six to 12 months. Just understanding our business at a granular level, I don't think we've ever truly understood it, and that to me is just going to be amazing.
Our growth now comes with "How do we get more from our current clients?" And using Zenoti to understand and learn about our clients will help us continue that growth journey.
We're at a mature part of our business now where originally started off as laser hair removal only, then moved into skincare and moved into aesthetics. I think we've got a very mature client base around our laser hair. So how do we take our clients on to that next phase of their journey? Being able to use some of the data coming out of Zenoti is going to be really good for us.
