Options Medical Weight Loss: Better patient care and ops

Zenoti's our single-source-of-truth platform. It plays a huge role in the patient's journey from the moment the patient walks into the clinic, to having the consultation, to meeting the medical provider. It's our technology system to be able to do all our business processes and really helped achieve the success that we needed to be able to do it within the system.

The memberships and packages, really using those features within Zenoti, there's a lot more capability.

Also, in addition, really looking at the loyalty, smart marketing, how to really tie in everything together within the platform. I think that's super powerful. We use memberships now. We didn't use it before Zenoti, so I think that's one feature that really helped enhance the business and the patient experience.

Before Zenoti came into Options, we used a different system that didn't have an open API. It was hard to integrate. And Zenoti allowed us to really integrate with other systems that we use and really enhancing that patient experience. I think having an open API and having a partner like Zenoti to consistently work on their APIs and integration is outstanding because every business is different. And, leveraging the API to tailor towards the business needs is super important.

Data leads to information. Information leads to knowledge. And then that knowledge, you make decisions with, which is wisdom. And we use the Redshift analytics backend and connect it to our Power BI, connecting it to our data warehouse. I think it's super important to have structured data. A lot of systems out there have unstructured data, and Zenoti allows you to really put all the structured data into an organized manner where you can really look at insights and make actionable decisions. It's had a tremendous impact as things evolve in the world and especially weight loss and med spa industry, you have to adapt quickly. To adapt, you need data, and Zenoti provides that for us.

If somebody asked me about Zenoti, I would tell them, number one, go for it. It has everything that you probably need. It's a big platform. It's flexible. It'll be able to achieve your goals that you need. You just have to be ready to be able to implement it. And really understanding the technology behind what comes with Zenoti and how it's going to impact your business.
