I think what separates us is, really, our commitment to the customer, and I know that's something consistent. But also, being a teaching organization and bringing up barbers and really redefining what it means to be a barber and making it a career, not just a job for our employees. Just really committed to offering opportunities for young men and women who are interested in the barbering career and just showing them what that looks like and, you know, the opportunities that are there, whether through our organization or not.
Zenoti's biggest impact on the brand, I think, has been bringing everything collectively into one spot. The data, for our shop managers to have the ability to see what the metrics on where their staff is, where they're trying to go, reaching their goals. We have personal/professional goals and how that ties into the day to day at the workplace.
What Zenoti offers in client interface, data reporting, analytics, all those things, is really what we've come to need at this point, and even more so going forward where we'd like to go. We'd like to grow more centers, potentially more barber schools and academies. So, yes, Zenoti has given us the opportunity to do things that before just weren't possible.
Zenoti supports the customer in multiple ways, I would say. I think the family booking, great feature for us. We are very big on multi-generational. We have grandfather, father, and son that come in. Being able to book appointments and different accounts and profiles for each person. There's plenty of others, I think. Payment links, being able to prepay before they come into the shop, and really just a variety of things that it offers for the customer.
The biggest thing Zenoti provides the barber is the one-stop shop with Zenoti Mobile and being able to see, obviously, their sales, their commissions, and just that transparency from the company to the employee and then being able to see where they stand day to day, week to week, pay period to pay period. So, I think that's the greatest feature for the barber if I could speak for them.
The biggest thing growth means to us is more and more opportunity for our employees. And what that looks like, we don't always know, right? There's always moving parts. And even for some of us in upper management, we didn't foresee being where we are now. Zenoti, we believe and we know, is going to give us the ability to get to even further levels. Things that are in the vision of the company and our mission statement: It'll open up roads and paths for people that weren't possible before.
