January is a natural time toevaluate your standing-- reflecting on what you’ve accomplished, setting goals for the future, and taking a long look in the mirror. Literally. For many, it’sa time to set resolutions around their appearance. Our company is no different.

Today I’m excited to share a renewed and refreshed look for the company I started almost 10 years ago. The brands we work with touch people in a literal sense everyday, as the physical and personal services for their customers.

But they also touch people in a deeper sense. When people get their hair done, they don’t just look better; they feel more confident. When people receive a massage, they don’t just feel relaxed; they are invigorated to take on the world. There is an inseparable connection between how people feel, and how they perform in the world.

We too feel that there is greatness in everyone. And when people are made to feel good, they can focus on finding this greatness.

So we are also updating our logo and our website to better reflect that style that helps our customers, and their customers, look and feel more relaxed and more energized to take on their biggest challenges. It is brought to life through our company values, by which every Zenoti employee is committed to exhibit genuinity, respectfulness, excellence, accountability, and teamwork.

And as we look ahead to 2020, we aim to completely modernize and simplify the Zenoti experience. We are redesigning the front desk experience to be simple, intuitive and consistent between the mobile and the web. We are completely revamping our reporting and analytics infrastructure to make it easier to manage and operate your business. We are investing in new artificial intelligence-based AI based techniques--be on the lookout for these enhancements over the course of the coming year.

I would like to take this opportunity, as we open up this new chapter in our company’s history, to reaffirm our commitment to be not just a vendor, not just a partner, but a member of your team who shares your belief, admires your impact, and helps power your success.
