January is a natural time toevaluate your standing-- reflecting on what you’ve accomplished, setting goalsfor the future, and taking a long look in the mirror. Literally. For many, it’sa time to set resolutions around their appearance. Our company is no different.

Today I’m excited to share arenewed and refreshed look for the company I started almost 10 years ago. Thebrands we work with touch people in a literal sense everyday, as the physicaland personal services for their customers.

But they also touch people in adeeper sense. When people get their hair done, they don’t just look better;they feel more confident. When people receive a massage, they don’t just feelrelaxed; they are invigorated to take on the world. There is an inseparableconnection between how people feel, and how they perform in the world.

We too feel that there is greatnessin everyone. And when people are made to feel good, they can focus on findingthis greatness.

So we are also updating our logoand our website to better reflect that style that helps our customers, andtheir customers, look and feel more relaxed and more energized to take on theirbiggest challenges. It is brought to life through our company values, by whichevery Zenoti employee is committed to exhibit genuinity, respectfulness,excellence, accountability, and teamwork.

And as we look ahead to 2020, weaim to completely modernize and simplify the Zenoti experience. We areredesigning the front desk experience to be simple, intuitive and consistentbetween the mobile and the web. We are completely revamping our reporting andanalytics infrastructure to make it easier to manage and operate your business.We are investing in new artificial intelligence-based AI based techniques--beon the lookout for these enhancements over the course of the coming year.
