We instituted the Golden Hands Awards to shine a spotlight on these individuals. This year’s ceremony honored service providers whose skill and dedication are the bedrock of our industry, and we celebrated the people who make it happen.
Innovation often comes from fresh perspectives and bold new ideas. That’s the driving force behind Deep End, our competition for emerging entrepreneurs. Finalists presented their business concepts to a panel of industry icons, including Dave Mortensen, Lynn Heublein, and Van Council. This year’s winners: Brooke Jackson and Naomi Brien of Verde Salon Group. Their concept for the “Magic Mirror,” an AI-enabled consultation tool, earned them the grand prize and mentorship to accelerate their vision. Watch their big moment at the awards ceremony!

A potent mix: inspiration + strategy
Innergize participants gained insights and tips from more than 60 speakers, 16 panels, and 20 workshops. Industry titans like Dave Mortensen of Anytime Fitness and Liz Allison of Tricoci Salon & Spa shared their strategies for scaling world-class organizations.

The Innergize summit also explored the convergence of fitness and wellness, with health club pioneers discussing how they are creating holistic member experiences.
A major focus was the practical application of artificial intelligence. We gave attendees a preview of Zenoti’s AI Workforce, a suite of agents designed to manage tasks autonomously. Answering calls, nurturing leads, and optimizing marketing campaigns are all in a day’s work for these agents. The discussions went beyond theory, showcasing how technology is already bringing real results. As an example, Zenoti’s growth features have driven $1.5 billion in incremental revenue for our customers, a testament to the power of intelligent software.
