Login changes for Owners & Managers starting May 15, 2025

To keep your business even more secure, we’re making an important update.
Starting May 15, 2025, Zenoti will roll out 2-Factor Authentication (2FA) for all Owner and Manager logins in a phased-rollout manner. This means your team will now take an extra step when logging in—to keep your data safe and protected.
🔐 What’s 2-Factor Authentication (2FA)?
It’s an extra layer of security.
After entering your email and password, you’ll get a 6-digit verification code sent to your email. Just enter that code to complete the login. Even if someone guesses your password, they can’t get in without that code.
❓Why this matters?
Owner and Manager profiles have access to important info like guest details, financial reports, and staff data. This update makes sure only the right people can log in.
✅ What’s changing for you
- Owners and Managers will receive a 6-digit code for verification on their registered email.
- Enter this code after your email and password to log in.
- No credits are needed for email-based codes.
- Double-check that email addresses are correct and working.
🔄 How to check or update email addresses
Just follow these quick steps:
Go to your profile (top right) → Click the profile icon → Edit profile → Check or update your email ID

You can choose how to receive your login code:

You’ll need SMS credits in your Zenoti account.
🔒 Use an Authenticator App (like Google Authenticator)
No credits needed!
Visit the settings section under configurations to turn it on.
