People love Lashbar because of the experience they get, the pampering that they get when they first walk into the door and to when they leave feeling confident, refreshed and beautiful. We started Lashbar in November of 2016 and customers fell in love with our concept and as we grew, more and more people wanted to do what we were doing and assess how. So in February of 2018 we decided to franchise.
And from there, we wanted to help others scale their business using our systems and processes. So one of the things that we really enjoy about Zenoti is that it's seamless and the ease of use is very easy for all of our stylists to use. Everything is integrated. We can check clients into checking them out and not have to worry about the technology. It just works. From the first moment we work with Zenoti, they assigned to us an individual that really works with us to customize the software.
So the onboarding process has been easy and very seamless. The impact has been very big for us just because with the simple process of checking in the mobile app, it has made a great difference for us in the sense of gaining more clients, retaining clients and then bringing them back once again. It's exciting to see the growth of Lashbar and where we are headed, and we're so excited that Zenoti can be part of that process.
