I think we have a wonderful service offering at Katrinas. We provide all of your one-stop beauty needs using awesome technology, but always in a friendly and welcoming environment. So we chose to go with Zenoti because of the features that it has. The elevated guest experience that I find that our clients are loving is the ability with the mobile app to book appointments online 24/7, it was wonderful, with Zenoti being able to get a branded Katrina skin works app.

The fact that it's completely integrated with the system has just made my life and the life of our clients so much easier. One of the things that we love to be able to do is share a lot of information to clients that's relevant to them. Zenoti Connect has been a real game changer for us. It allows us to do two way text messaging between our clients, so we use it a lot to communicate with our clients after they've had skin treatments to check on their progress and communicate better with them.
