Hi, my name is Vikram Bhatt, and I am one of the founders of Enrich Salons. We started this journey sometime in 97 and in the past few years, if you look at the industry has transformed and I'm pretty sure that our accelerated growth journey will continue for the next decade or so. So while the business has grown manifold, our way of working also has changed.

If you look at our offering, our service offering to the clients that has increased our client profile, especially each profile has changed. It has become younger and younger. Older and older are our level of service has improved the kind of experience we need to create that has transformed. But the most important point I would like to highlight here in this entire change management is one thing.

The entire focus has changed from execution of service to the overall experience for the customers, and I think this is one big thing which will definitely drive our success or failure. Technology has definitely helped us managing this entire thing a much better way. The way we track our customer journey, the way we capture their preferences, their choices, their feedback and definitely even actioning on this feedback so promptly.
