Hi, I'm Smitha, and I own and run the chain of salons called Bubbles Hair and Beauty, predominantly in Andhra and telangana, both the states and we started off in the year end of the year, 2003 and it's been close to 12 years now. The initial days of our salon, like when we started the salon, we used our own software and in accounting and did our best with the software available and ran the business.

But what I notice after we started using and shifting to Manage my spa is it's a very well thought software. A lot of things that have been put into it very thoughtfully done very intricate details. And now they really help us streamline and focus on the points that we need to focus on, and we have more control over the business. And also when we expand, we are about 10 salons and spas now.

So as we expand, it gets much more easier for us to manage remote locations. Because of Manage my spa, because we could manage it just through a phone or any system and everything is right there. So I would have to say that it has helped us very largely, especially in expansion and having control over remote locations. They've been doing a great job and we're very, very happy to be associated with Manage my spa and I look forward to a longer association with.
