Bubbles: Empowering operations and customer engagement
We are one of the early adopters of Zenoti. It has been 12 years since we've been using this software, and we find it immensely helpful in running our operations on a regular basis.
We are very keen to adopt all the new features that keep coming regularly from Zenoti, and we find them really helpful β the latest one being Google Reserve. As soon as we switched on Google Reserve, Google My Business, we found quite a few of our customers adopting it and then booking their appointments through it. It also helps in avoiding manual intervention and convenience in terms of booking.
ezConnect is another feature which is really helpful. One, the interaction with customers became much easier. They don't need to call, and it all happens through a chat. And then, we also send out our campaigns, our new offers, and everything to the customer through ezConnect and also book appointments through ezConnect. That's a great feature that we are using right now.
We also use a lot of the data and analytics to design our campaigns on a regular basis, and it's been very helpful for us.
