Bodytonic Clinic uses Zenoti to boost customer experience and practitioner support
So, Bodytonic is a multi-disciplinary clinic โ osteo, physio, massage, health and beauty. Weโre not just about the patient and giving them a great experience, but weโre also about the team members and making sure that theyโre well supported, looked after and that their journey as a practitioner is as simple as it can be.
So, at Innergize, Iโm looking forward to getting to meet more of the Zenoti team but also hearing about some of the updates that are going to be talked about today. The introduction of the software to the team has been great. Using Zenoti, what weโve been able to do is increase the customer experience โ so, we have online check-in, mobile check-in for patients.
In terms of the booking experience, itโs been phenomenal, and for our customer experience, we recently won a Southwark Business Award in November, which was fantastic.
Weโre looking forward to bringing out memberships, increasing the amount of offerings we have in terms of treatments for patients and also growing the number of locations that we have.
In terms of Zenotiโs impact on the business โ I think itโs really difficult to find a software or clinic management software that does everything. I always talk about the Holy Grail. For us, Zenoti is the closest thing to the Holy Grail, in terms of the practitioner use, in terms of the booking app, in terms of online bookings, payments, equipments, provisions, add-ons, marketing. Itโs all in one, and thatโs what weโve really been looking for. So, weโre looking forward to continuing our usage of Zenoti in the clinic to improve the business and make us successful.
In terms of where I see the industry going in the next 12 months โ I think, in terms of memberships, thatโs a huge thing thatโs coming in. I think also the way in which practitioners work, in terms of the way in which practitioners are paid, also, I think Zenoti enables you to provide those things brilliantly.
I think from an MSK or musculoskeletal point of view, itโs really about making sure that the practitioner has as much time with the patient in the treatment room as possible โ so, Iโm looking forward to the AI introductions in the clinic that Zenoti can bring.
If a friend were to ask me about Zenoti, Iโd tell them to seriously think about it and to have a look at the software and to talk to other people whoโve been using the software because it really does help to build the business and help you grow.
