We want to make sure you get the best possible results from using Zenoti and using our integrated payment processing to drive better experiences for your customers is a crucial part of achieving that goal. It is for this reason that Zenoti's integrated payments are mandatory with the Small Business Edition package.

One-Off Setup Costs

The setup costs are outlined in USD.
1. Refundable Setup Fee of $500 (Refunded upon completion of Zenoti University Training Requirements within the time specified in your agreement). This is to be paid upon sign-up and covers:
  • The process of configuring the Zenoti platform with master data such as service, product, customer or employee lists
  • Creating your branded online booking platform
  • Zenoti University training
2. Hardware:
  • $299 per Verifone P400 Plus Countertop Payment Terminal
One-Time Data Migration Fee
This is optional and would be paid upon sign-up. Choices include:
  • Future appointments, liability balances, masters, 1 year’s data migration: $1,000
  • Future appointments, liability balances, masters: cost ranges between $0 - $500 depending on current software
*Refunded upon completion of Zenoti University Training Requirements within the time period specified in your agreement

Zenoti Connect
Enjoy integrated two-way transactional text messaging between you and your clients $10 per month.
Full Marketing Suite
Your Small Business Edition includes all standard communications, such as appointment confirmation reminders, birthday wishes, thank you messages, feedback requests, and newsletters.

Upgrading to the Full Marketing Suite allows you to segment guests. This enables you to run targeted email or SMS campaigns based on guest data such as visit patterns, demographics or total spend.

Here are the steps:

1. Agreement: First, we’ll draft up an agreement for your review and signature based on our consultations and your unique business needs.

2. Payment: If you're happy with the agreement, we request that the one-time setup fees and hardware payments are then paid upfront.

3. Setup: It’s go time! You’ll provide us with your data and business details. We’ll create your Zenoti solution.

4. Kickoff: Your dedicated team will guide you through the set-up. We’ll partner with you for about 8 hours across multiple sessions – at your convenience. This fine-tunes your solution to your unique business needs.

5. Zenoti University: Now it’s time to get that setup fee back! You and your team complete any online training outlined in your agreement. This takes between 3 and 8 hours, depending on the employee position.
