Hi, I'm Johnny Levi, and welcome to my hair salon.

Over the course of my career, the last 16 years doing hair, I've had a lot of adventure and a lot of fun, and opening my first hair salon was really never on the radar, but I decided to do it because I wanted to pass on some of my knowledge and awareness with future artists and create a community of people around me that I love and adore. We are an all-inclusive company and brand. Come as you are, and we will welcome you. Give us a challenge, and we will help you with the best hair that you've ever had.

The Jonny Levi Studio is a brand-new business. The team has been growing quite rapidly for the last six months. We're having a lot of fun and, hopefully, the future means a lot more salons using Zenoti as our business platform. Employees get their commission implemented into our Zenoti software, and at the end of the pay period, it gives me the payroll that I need to pay my employees.

Our guests love using the mobile platform to book and to pay for their services. It's been so easy. They don't have to call. They're able to download an app, create a profile and book their appointments with the artists that we have working here.

Rather than hiring a receptionist and paying for that person to work here, my artists are able to independently check-in and out their clients and add product all from their cell phone. Since our salon opened in July, we've had a 31% increase in people downloading the Zenoti mobile app, which helps them to book from home. Our clients are very satisfied with the idea that they don't have to touch anything to pay and that they can book from their phone. Everything is touchless in this salon, meaning that it's cleaner and it's easier.

Zenoti's been a great asset as far as dealing with COVID is concerned. I would highly encourage other single salons to use this booking platform. I think that it has helped me grow. It's given me more free time as a business owner, and being able to run my business while I'm behind the chair is always smooth.
