Your Zenoti account was upgraded on December 6. Here’s what’s new.

INTRODUCING THE NEW REPORTS TAB: YOUR ONE-STOP FOR ALL REPORTS

You now have a single dashboard to access all your reports. Zenoti has over 400 reports that spread across every aspect of your business. The challenge is getting quick access to the subset of reports that you use. The new Reports tab addresses the most common challenges by providing the following capabilities:

Favorite reports - You’ll be able to quickly access your favorite reports from the Reports tab. This saves you time and clicks to launch your most frequently accessed reports.

Global search - An intuitive search feature enables you to quickly find reports as you type their name or category.

Centralized access - You can browse and access any report within Zenoti, using an easy-to-navigate side panel. This makes it easy to quickly switch between reports.

Reports module overview and usage

SELL MORE GIFT CARDS, NO LOGIN REQUIRED

It’s faster and easier for your customers to purchase gifts card online. Now, they can choose to purchase the card as a single transaction, which requires no login. By removing the barrier of signing up, this feature helps you retain shoppers who avoid new account fatigue. The hassle-free experience extends beyond buying a gift card. Your customers can easily check the balance on their gift card. They simply enter the gift card number and recipient’s email address that was used at the time of purchase. And, finally, a customer can resend the email with the gift card details, by entering the gift card number and recipient email address. This is useful, for example, if the buyer would like to see the email or resend to the recipient. For your long time customers, they can still choose to login and use their credit card on file. STACK DISCOUNTS WITH EASE

Sometimes, you want to allow for multiple discounts to be applied to specific services or retail items. Zenoti now supports this discount stacking. You can restrict which discounts can be added on top of other discounts. For example, if you run a special promotion of 10% off any retail item. You would decide if this discount can be added on top of a member discount. Similarly, you can choose if this discount can be added on top of a birthday discount. You’ll have access to reports which track all discounting.

Note: This feature will be released mid December.

ENCOURAGE REFERRALS TO BOOST MEMBERSHIP AND PACKAGE SALES

Zenoti’s loyalty point program allows you to award loyalty points to guests who refer their friends and family. Now, you can award additional points if the referral results in the sale of a membership or package. This feature enables you to encourage your guests to refer your memberships and packages. The system will automatically ensure that points are rewarded only if the guest has never purchased a membership or package before. To set this up, you’ll find two new accrual settings in the loyalty points configuration page.

ALLOW GUESTS TO PURCHASE A DAY PACKAGE WITH THEIR LOYALTY POINTS

Currently, Zenoti allows you to allow guests to purchase services, classes, products, series packages, and custom packages using loyalty points. With this release, guests can also purchase day packages with their points. This is supported by both the regular and tiered loyalty programs.
