Your Zenoti account was upgraded with the latest features on August 18. We’ve made some exciting enhancements to Appointment Book, Memberships and Marketing. Here’s what’s new.
FLEXIBLE PAYMENT OPTIONS FOR RECURRING MEMBERSHIPS
Now offer flexible payment options on recurring memberships. Give your customers the option to make monthly, quarterly or half-yearly payments.
REMOVE EXPIRATION DATE ON RECURRING MEMBERSHIPS
Offer memberships without the hassle of your customer needing to renew them due to expiration.
DEFINE MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS PER PAYMENT CYCLE
You now have the option of defining membership benefits for the full membership period or for each payment cycle.
For fixed-term memberships (say 6 months or 12 months), you can configure benefits that clients can redeem over the course of the term. For recurring memberships without a specific term (say monthly membership), you can now choose “Payment frequency” and define the benefits provided within the payment cycle to help guests redeem or rollover their benefits and service credits.
FREEZE MEMBERSHIPS FOR A SPECIFIC PERIOD
Freeze memberships for a period you choose. The membership automatically becomes active post the period. The next time your customer is going on vacation; select the period she will be away for to defer the payment cycle and rollover benefits.
ADD-ON SUPPORT FOR MEMBERSHIPS
Service add-ons can now be added to Membership benefits.
EASY-to-USE WYSIWYG EDITOR
No more fiddling with HTML code. Pick from the variety of templates available and use the new WYSIWYG editor to instantly edit, personalize and send marketing campaigns to your customers.
APPOINTMENT BOOK & POS
MANAGE GIFT CARD RECIPIENTS
When a guest within your system buys a gift card for someone, you can capture the recipient information. The information is added to the recipient guest records. When the recipient calls for an appointment, the system will prompt that the guest has a gift card to use for payment.
PROCESSING REFUNDS JUST GOT A LOT SIMPLER
You can now process returns for products, and refunds for services, memberships and packages.
We’ve added new refund methods – select from prepaid card, cash, offline credit card and check to process a refund. For the convenience of your customers, you can also split up the refund amount across different payment methods.
For example, when processing a refund for a client who paid for a $75 invoice with $50 by credit card and rest with cash, you can refund the same amounts back through the same channels.
BUNDLE SERVICES AT POS
You can group your customer’s service purchases into a package. Access the information in a single location and track balances with ease.
COLOR CODE FOR JOBS
Assign color codes to jobs to display on the appointment book. With a quick look, you can understand the operational status of all your employees and make decisions in real-time.
STAY ON TOP OF ALL GUEST COMMUNICATION
Find a new “Notifications” tab under Guest History details. Get details of the email or SMS communication sent to the customer.
GET HELP WITH SERVICE DESCRIPTIONS
In the appointment book, you will now get descriptions next to each service selection, so that your employees have the necessary information to close more sales.
RETAIL SALES REPORT
Available in the Inventory module, use this report to track vendor-wise sales of retail products. This enhancement is useful for businesses that procure retail products from vendors, and offer commission based on sales.
