New Alert Shows when Intake Form is Not Complete
If guests book an appointment when their intake form (Guest Custom Data Form) is incomplete, the appointment block shows an icon to alert the front desk. The front desk can then use the Appointment Follow Up screen to send a text or email to the guest with a link to the intake form (so that guests can access the form and provide the remaining details easily).
Administrators must turn on a center-level setting to ensure that the icon appears when intake forms are incomplete (Loyalty > Settings > Guest Category > Guest Custom Data Not Filled). Read the help article.
Note: Administrators can configure a label for the Guest Custom Data Form, such as Intake Form, from the organizational-level setting (Organization Level > Organization > Organizations > Settings tab > Custom Data > Guest Custom Data Label). Read the help article.
Define Discounts For Products in Custom Package Templates
Including retail products as part of a package is a great way to boost retail sales. You can now define discounts for products as part of a custom package template.
For example, if a custom package template includes 10 units of a hair serum, you can define a 7 percent discount if guests buy 4-6 units and 10 percent discount if they buy 7-10 units.
Note: Administrators can configure a discount for products under the Free Products section of the custom package template; this discount can be a flat or a percentage amount. Read the help article.
