The disputed transaction corresponds to a legitimate monthly membership charge for the customer's access to our fitness facilities (the "Black Card Membership"). At the time of enrollment, the customer signed a legally binding membership agreement and explicitly accepted our Terms and Conditions, confirming awareness of the recurring monthly dues and the annual membership fee.
