Track Guest-Wise Outstanding Balance return to list
Zenoti now helps you to review outstanding balances for each guest. A new report called ‘Outstanding Balances’ is now available in the Loyalty module to track outstanding balances for guests and follow up with them in an effective and informed way. Export this information to Excel and have your receptionists make follow up calls. Managing outstanding payments from guests has never been so easy.

Print ‘Due Amount’ in Invoice return to list
Zenoti now explicitly prints the amount that is due in a guest invoice, if there is any pending amount. This is especially useful when printing receipts for partial payments.

Calculate Discounts More Effectively return to list
When a guest comes for a loyalty points or gift card redemption for a discounted service, do you want to deduct the redemption from the base price first and then apply the discount on the balance or do you wish to apply the discount on the balance post redemption? Zenoti now allows you to calculate discounts in bothways. In the Organization settings, define whether or not you wish to apply discounts on the base price. If this setting is enabled, discount will be applied on the base price and the remaining balance can be paid via redemptions (for example, loyalty points) or any other payment type. If this setting is disabled, the discount will be applied on the balance amount post redemptions (for example, loyalty points). Choose what suits your business.

Print Center Phone Number on Invoices return to list
Want to print center phone number on guest invoices? Zenoti now provides the flexibility to add center phone numbers in Center settings and prints this information on guest invoice automatically.

Close Open Tickets from Another Center return to list
When a guest has open tickets in one center and visits a different center for a service, you can look at this information from the guest’s ‘View History’. Now, Zenoti provides you the flexibility to close these open tickets from any center. This provides your guest great flexibility in moving across centers and closing pending payments, if any. The money collected will be shown in the report of the center where the guest paid money, while the revenue will be shown in the report of the center where the service took place.

Access Guest Information While Processing Payment return to list
Want to access important guest information, such as previous open tickets, pending amount and so on when processing payment? You can now access a guest’s history by clicking the ‘View History’ link directly from the ‘Take Payment’ screen and get access to critical information such as previous transactions, pending payments, and so on right at the time of processing payment.

Track who Closed the Appointment return to list
A new field ‘Closed by’ is included in the ‘Daily Ticket Summary’ report and in Invoice sales report to capture who closed the appointment. This is helpful for accounts team to know who to talk to if there are any clarifications required for any invoice

A new daily report called ‘Daily Center Collection Details’ report is added in the Admin module. This report shows details of all invoices for today where a payment has been collected.

A new column, ‘Bank Deposit’ is added to the ‘Daily Center Collection Trends’report making this report more comprehensive. Now this report helps you understand effectively how much was received and how much was deposited.

Flexibility in Defining Cashback Coupons return to list
When creating a campaign, just like discounts, you can now also define the cashback coupon expiry (days or a specific date) and whether the coupon can be used by the guest who earned it or is transferable to another guest. This provides greater efficiency in using cashback coupons.

New Employee Roles return to list
Two new employee roles can now be assigned to your employees - the HR Manager and Inventory Manager. These roles can be assigned to employees from ‘Employees’ link in the Employees module. The HR Manager will have an access to all pages in the Employee module and all reports in Zenoti. The Inventory Manager can access all pages in inventory module including products, services, rooms, vendors and petty cash pages in the Admin module.

Commission Changes return to list
Define at the organization level whether or not you wish to include free services revenue in paid services revenue. You can also define whether or not you wish to apply the highest paid service revenue commission on free services commission directly. This gives a lot of flexibility in how you define free services and paid services commission – whether you wish to define these differently or are they interlinked.

You can now also define commission for gift card sales.

Employee-Wise Report on Sales return to list
A new ‘Sales’ report is available in the Employee module which tells you all items sold by a particular employee in a defined period.

Mark Retail Product as Consumable and Vice Versa return to list
Want to order 20 quantities of a shampoo for retail and 50 quantities of the same product as consumable? Now, Zenoti provides the flexibility to mark a product as both, Retail and Consumable from the Products page in Admin mode. This allows you to order the same product using Orders page and enter separate quantities of the product as Retail quantity and separate quantities as Consumable quantity.

Further, you can also convert a retail product to a consumable product and vice versa from the ‘Product Conversion’ page in Inventory module. Once converted, all operations related to Inventory such as Check out, Audit, Reconcile will show the product in the new category.

Check Out History return to list
Want to know check outs done for products in a given time range? In Inventory module, you can access ‘Check out’ link and look at check out history to understand who checked out the product in a given time range.

Check out Product by Bar Code return to list
It is now easy to check out products by using bar code directly. In addition to manually entering the check out for each product, an option to scan the product for check out using bar code is also available. These barcodes can be printed directly from the software.
