Let Your Customers Book Appointments

We now have a salon and spa mobile application for your customers! With this application your customers can log into their own account, view your menu of services, packages, memberships and products and write reviews. Best of all, you customer can book their own appointments through the application. The application is fully integrated with your Zenoti software, which means your customers are doing the work and freeing up your staff to attend to other tasks.

The application is customized for your spa or salon, with your branding elements and the ability for you to upload pictures and video clips. The mobile app lets you offer your customers a personalized experience like never before. The customer mobile application is available on the iPhone, iPad and Android devices.

Guests can now give you permission to share their feedback on Facebook and Twitter. Once you have permission you can choose to share this on Facebook and Twitter. Also you can choose to share this in the customer application so other customers see the feedback in the context of the service.

The expected close date is no longer a mandatory field and when a new guest is created for an opportunity; data is not required to be filled in for all fields except first name, last name and mobile number.

Reserve Rooms for a Specific Group of Guests

You can now define room reservations for specific groups of guests or times. This comes in handy to allow only certain types of memberships, specific members or a target segment of your guests to use a room. Define the date and time when the room should be kept for this group of users to ensure customer satisfaction.

You can also define an expiry for the reservation settings. When booking an appointment, the system will alert you if the room is already booked for the requested time.


Send SMS's to Guests on the Do not Disturb List

You can now send marketing SMS messages to guest mobile numbers that are on the DND (Do not disturb) list. This is a premium service offering by Zenoti and allows you to reach all your guests. The SMS is sent with your organization name (and not Zenoti's name)

Record Attendance for Past Days

An employee couldn't check in and out yesterday? Now you can record attendance of employees for past dates. Only employees with the required set of permissions can record attendance for past days. (Available under Employee > Checkin)


Changes to Tally Integration

If you use multiple tax types and map to tax components such as service tax, VAT, luxury tax, or service charge; the same is now supported as multiple accounts in Tally on export.

If you sell products and services under different company names, these will now export separately to align with your Zenoti setting.

You can also schedule exports. Simply create a date range and export only one file to Tally for those dates.


Memberships with Zero Value

For memberships with zero value, choose whether you wish to recognize revenue only once when the membership sale is closed or linearly throughout the validity period. You can define this when creating a membership of zero value.

Enforced Password Security

Users that log into Zenoti for the first time will be forced to set their own password. Further, when the ‘Forgot Password’ link is clicked, a new password will be sent to the user that will have to be changed when the user logs in.

Zenoti Spa and Salon Software A printer-friendly version of all sales reports is now available. These reports can now fit on landscape A4 size papers.
 
Zenoti Spa and Salon Software Some reports now have columns that are fixed, which are highlighted to indicate the column will not scroll as the user scrolls through the report.
