Your Zenoti account was upgraded with the latest features on July 23rd. Here’s what’s new.
APPOINTMENT BOOK & POS
FASTER ACCESS TO GUEST PROFILES
You can now access guest profiles without having to open the lower panel.
You can create add-on services which do not impact service time but add to the cost of the service. For example, aromatherapy, is a common add-on for a massage.
To create add-ons, create a service and select the checkbox “This is an add-on”. You will then have to map the services that can offer this add-on. The front desk will be prompted for any relevant add-ons associated with the service while booking the appointment and the add-ons will be shown in the appointment tooltip.
REPEAT BLOCK OUT TIMES FOR EMPLOYEES
If you block out times for employees, e.g. for lunch or breaks, you can now create and copy that block out time across days. Simply define how far into the future the time-out should be applied.
IDENTIFY GUESTS WITH OUTSTANDING PAYMENTS
A new icon shows with the guest profile in the lower panel and on a booked appointment, which indicates that the guest has an outstanding payment due. Hover over the appointment block to see the amount due.
This icon will be automatically turned on.
IDENTIFY GUESTS FROM DIFFERENT CENTERS
The system tracks the primary center for every guest, this is the center that the guest first visited. If that guest visits a different location, the primary center name will show next to the guest name and phone number.
CLUB AUTOMATION INTEGRATION
|Zenoti now integrates with Club Automation, an online Club Management Solution. Club members can visit the spa and redeem benefits from their club membership.|
LIMIT CREDIT REDEMPTIONS PER INVOICE
Limit the number of credits a customer can redeem on an invoice. For example, if you sell a recurring membership which credits $100 in benefits every month, restrict a member from redeeming more than $50 on an invoice. This would ensure they visit you twice during the month.
This feature also protects you from allowing a guest to use too many rollover credits at a single sitting,
DEFINE DISCOUNT TO BE APPLIED FOR MEMBERS AFTER THEY HAVE USED THEIR MEMBERSHIPS CREDITS
If you award credits as part of your membership, you can create a discount that takes affect after they have exhausted their membership credits for the month. This is used to encourage a higher frequency of visits by members.
For example, you might offer a 60 minute massage for non members at $75. A membership might include that same massage at a reduced value of $60 available to members once a month. If a member receives their 60 minute massage for the month, you can offer members a reduced rate for subsequent massages during the month.
Define this in the benefits tab in the memberships.
LIMIT CAMPAIGN REDEMPTIONS IN THE POS & WEBSTORE
You can now limit the number of times a campaign can be redeemed in a center as well as the number of times a single guest can redeem a campaign benefit. This enables you to run programs like “A free hair wash for the first 50 haircuts booked this week”.
You can also control the number of times a guest can redeem a specific offer.
We have added new reports to the system.
Cross Center Redemption Report – An organization level report that helps to settle balances across centers. Each center is listed with a monetary value that they are to collect or pay to other centers. For example, if a guest purchased a gift card from Center A and the gift was redeemed at Center B, then Center A will owe the redeemed value to Center B. The report shows cross center redemptions for memberships, packages, pre-paid cards, gift cards and loyalty points.
Access this report from Admin Dashboard > Accounting Reports > Cross Center Redemptions
Employee Collection Report By Item Type – A center level report that shows collections against sale items. Access this report from Employee > Reports > Sales > Employee Collections
