We’ve made it easy for you to receive support from our Support team. You can now send a support request from anywhere in the software, our Support team will receive your request immediately and directly. Simply click on the “Support” tab on the right side of the screen – it is available on every page of Zenoti (formerly ManageMySpa) – The system will guide you easily from there on how to submit your request. You can also see the status and track progress of your support incidents online from the software. This eliminates the need for emails and helps us resolve your questions and issues quickly.
